HOW TO GET PEACE IN DAILY LIFE
Peace isn’t just about meditating or escaping from reality. It’s about making smart choices with our time.
We are not noticing but there are several habits that are stealing our peace in day to day life. Here are a few of them.
● Everytime we say 'Yes' to something when we need to say 'No' because we need to be liked.
● In digital age, social media keeps us get connected and informed but we constantly keep a tab on that and it is killing our peace. We are on the roller coaster rides of emotion.
● We all have fallen into trap of procrastination as it not only does waste our time but also steal our peace by causing stress and anxiety for left over work.
● Over thinking is a natural as our mind is designed in such a way but we need to know how to step off this mental treadmill and that is not good for our peace.
● Living in the past or future keeps us stuck and make us restless and peace is not found in the past or future but in the present moment.
Think about all and be peaceful mindfully. It is upto us to know how to be peaceful and it does not dependent on our outer circumstances.
