WALKING IN THE GREEN PARK IS A BOON FOR HEALTH
Yesterday night I got chance to visit park in front of my home after a long time. I felt immensely glad to see the nature. This garden is completely different from others. It is full of lush greenery and there are a variety of trees and flowers. It has a beautiful walking track. It is one of the most attractive and well maintained parks nearby I must say. In the busy schedule I don’t have enough time to visit this park regularly but I realized that walking in nature was so enjoyable and exciting experience.
If you have options of walking on a treadmill, walking on the street or walking in a park, always choose the greener option. Recent scientific studies have shown that it yields greater benefits for the body and soul. It boosts your happiness level. I am looking for changes in routines that are healthy lifestyle behaviors. I feel it could be as simple as daily walk in the park.
I feel going through a green park would be much better for your mood than walking down the side of freeway. It has a positive impact on your mood as researches have shown that walking through a green Park has negative impacts on the part of brain that releases stress hormones and chemicals ‘ Phytoncides’ emitted by the green plants strengthen our immune system. Walking in Green Park also boosts our intuition and activity in a great way.
