C onsistent efforts are required over any frustrated mind to win any situation. It happens many times when Consistent efforts are required over any frustrated mind to win any situation. B e consistent even if you can take a single step only. C onsistent  efforts are always required.  C onsistent effort is a mix of focus, determination, persistence and commitment. I t reflects your ability to  make  continue efforts towards your goal. I t happens many times when you feel frustration. I t happens many times when you feel fear to take a step.  S o many situations impacts negatively when you are moving forward towards goal.  I t is the time when need to remind yourself not to quit whatever adverse situation you may face. T he more you do anything , the better you get it. S uccess comes to those who sustain consistent efforts.

E verything you do in life is a choice. W hatever you choose is a reflection of your choices. No doubt many events you can't change but how you react is certainly your choice.  S o always make conscious choice even if it is sometimes very difficult to choose. We always outweigh all the options to choose the best one in given circumstances. D on't forget that if you don't have choice you will always  underperform. We should not forget that these choices are reminders that we have cognitive  abilities and capabilities to use.
