LEARNINGS FROM DIWALI FESTIVAL
D iwali means “A row of lights”. It is one of the most important festivals of India. It is not confines to Hinduism. In Nepal this day is celebrated as the anniversary day when Lord Ashoka converted himself to Buddhism. Jains celebrate it as a day when last Tirthankara Mahavira attained nirvana (Spiritual Liberation). Sikh celebrate this day as a day of liberation when Guru Hargobind got released from Gwalior prison. We can learn so many things from this festivals. some are here below.
