COMFORT ZONES SOMETIMES BECOMES OUR NEST


Comfort zone sometimes becomes our nest.

I realised this feeling today as I don't want to unwind my thoughts today. Before going to sleep just read this quote by Neale Donald Walsch that " Life begins at the end of your comfort zones."  

What is comfort zone ??
Actually comfort zone is self- imposed boundaries that we fear to push but good part is that we all wan to do more in life so we break this nest sooner or later. 

If you are reading it, hope you also understand to come out of this shell if your comfort zone is your best for a while.

Y esterday night I got chance to visit park in front of my home after a long time. I felt immensely glad to see the nature. This garden is completely different from others. "I LOVE SPARROW" WORLD SPARROW DAY 20 MARCH 2025

आज गौरैया दिवस पर चित्र गूगल से लेना पड़ा। पहले पता होता तो कैमरे से बचपन में ही चित्र ले लेती।  इनकी संख्या इतनी कम हो रही है कि 20 मार्च को विश्व गौरैया दिवस मनाया जा रहा है। और इस वर्ष 2025 की थीम है " आई लव स्पैरो"।  एक समय था कि सभी की हलचल भरी दुनिया में यह चिड़िया सभी जगह मिलती थी। दिन की शुरुआत इसी की चहचहाट से होती थी।घर मे कटहल का पेड़ था और उस पर बहुत सारी गौरैया रहती थी।  क्या कारण है इनके लुप्त होने का और इनको संरक्षण देने का प्रयास करने का ? क्योंकि ये हमारी बायोडायवर्सिटी और पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र के लिए बहुत जरूरी है । इनके लुप्त होते ही यह क्रम टूट जाएगा और प्रकृति पर इसका सीधा प्रभाव पड़ेगा।  प्रदूषण, कटते जंगल, कीटनाशकों का अत्यधिक प्रयोग और हमारी जीवनशैली इनके विलुप्तीकरण के लिए उत्तरदायी है। पर बहुत से सामाजिक संगठन और व्यक्ति इनको बचाने के लिए प्रयासरत है इनमें से मैं हापुड़ की डॉ रेनू सिंह का नाम लेना चाहूंगी जिन्होंने अब तक 8000 घोसलों का वितरण किया है।   हम सभी भी व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर इस तरह का प्रयास कर सकते है और इन गौरैयों को विलुप्त होने से...

EXECUTION OF AN IDEA CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.

Execution is more important than its planning but we often use most of our productive time in planning rather than execution. We do a lot of planning and planning is a result of an idea. An idea is nothing alone or you can say an idea is a seed and you need fruits from that seed. In order to do that  you need a proper planning and other tools and techniques to grow that idea in suitable environment and need to work on that time to time. So how to do it to change the world. Well, you need to start developing an idea first. Then after you need to understand it's feasibility. I have seen that all ideas are not worth to consider. When you are sure that it can make a positive impact then you should move forward in planning to execute that idea. In the beginning it will be like a puzzle.
